PACKAGING SERVICE
The following are the 6 most important steps in the Conson loading process:
Step 1: Packaging material selection
Choose packaging materials that comply with international export standards and requirements, such as wooden boxes, wooden pallets, steel belts, etc. Ensure that the packaging material has sufficient strength and stability to protect the panels from damage and contamination.
Step 2: Prepare the packaging
Prepare corresponding packaging materials according to the size, specification, and quantity of the boards. Ensure that packaging materials are clean and dust-free, and are disinfection and cleaning in accordance with regulations.
Step 3: Preprocessing
Before packaging, the boards are pre-treated. Clean surfaces to remove dirt, grease, and other contaminants. Make sure the surface of the board is clean and smooth.
Step 4: Step Packing and Fixing
Place the sheet into the packing material and secure. Install wooden strips or corner guards around the boards to prevent collision damage during transportation. Secure the packaging material securely with steel straps or ropes to ensure that the panels do not loosen or move.
Step 5: Identify and label
Mark relevant information on the packaging, such as the specification, size, quantity, weight, etc. of the board. At the same time, according to international export requirements, corresponding signs and labels are marked, such as international cargo transportation signs, packaging signs, customs signs, etc.
Step 6: Mounting and Containerization
Packed panels are loaded into appropriate containers or freight cars depending on the export shipping method. During the loading process, attention needs to be paid to reasonable placement and fixation to ensure the stability and safety of the panels during transportation.

Bundled package
On bundle of steel tube shall be the same in batch number, steel grade and specification.the rest of tubing less than one bundle should be tied into small bundles.
The weight of each bundle should be less than 50kg.The max weight cannot exceed 80kg of the bundle If there are special requirements.
When the length of the steel tube is greater than or equal to 6m, with at least 8 strapping bands for each bundle, divided into 3 groups and 3-2-3.
When the length of the steel tube is less than 6m, and each bundle is tied at least 5 knots and divided into 3 groups, which are 2-1-2.
When the length of the tube is greater than or equal to 3m, and each bundle is tied with at least 3 bands, divided into 3 groups, 1-1-1.

The following are the 6 most important steps in the Conson loading process:
Step 1: Preparation
Before you start installing cabinets, we need to do some preparations. This includes confirming order details, checking the quality and quantity of rolls, preparing packaging materials required for cabinet loading, etc.
Step 2: Packaging and Labeling
Packaging the roll stock is a critical step in ensuring its safety during transportation. Typically, roll stock is wrapped in protective paper or plastic film to prevent scratches and corrosion. In addition, each roll should also be marked with relevant information, such as batch number, specifications, weight, etc.
Step 3: Stack and Bundle
When stacking packaged coils in containers, attention should be paid to the stability and safety of the stack. Wooden or metal pallets are usually used and tied with steel straps or ropes to ensure that the coils do not slip or get damaged during transportation.
Step 4: Container Loading
Once the roll stock is ready, it can be loaded into the container. During container loading, attention needs to be paid to even distribution of weight and rational use of space. Using a forklift or other handling equipment, move the coils from the loading area to the container, arranging and stacking them as tightly as possible.
Step 5: Secure securely
Once the rolls are loaded into the container, it is important to ensure they are secured in place to prevent them from moving or rolling during transport. Use a tool such as strapping, rope, or wood to secure the roll to the container wall or floor.
Step 6: Container Close Seal
Once the container is loaded, the container door is closed and sealed to ensure that the goods are not affected by the outside environment during transportation. Sealing may be performed using seals or other closure devices.
